I have the right to refuse any commission without stating why. If you don't follow TOS I can also stop the commission if I see fit.

NO refunds after I started working on your commission or once work is done! If you believe you might need the money in the future please do not commission me.

Commissions are NOT first come first serve. I choose the commissions I am interested in. If I accept your commission and you have a deadline please let me know at the beginning of the comm so I can figure out if it can be done!

Additional fees (ie. Complexity) may apply. If you want to be made a priority there will be a rush fee!

Once I approve your commission, Comms will be paid half up front after the initial sketch and half before the final image. (Payment Plans Available)

Payments will be made with Cash App but PayPal can be used for international commissioners (or extreme cases) All prices are in USD, so be mindful of conversions.

Understand that commissions can take anywhere from 1 month to up to 3 months. (even more if its a huge project.) I am a university student trying to make money on the side, school does lengthen the time it takes to do commissions so please be respectful of the time it takes. This is why it's important to say what time frame you need the art.

I will send you the sketch of the commission to your preferred way of communication and any changes can be made! I will send you an update when I do line art and base colors! If you have MAJOR changes after the sketch phase there will be an additional charge depending on what is asked. (Major changes include new items, outfit redesign, new posing, new backgrounds, and additional characters.)

All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including the electronic files used to create the project, remain my property. (Including if for some reason you do not like any sketches or works sent to you during your commission, I am allowed to repurpose them for someone else commission)

I do NOT CONSENT to having my work repurposed into any AI (whether training or inspiration), used as an NFT, or used for commercial purposes. (For commercial rights speak to me personally.)

When commissioning me, we have a mutual understanding that you have read all rules and descriptions! Lack of doing so is of no fault of my own and I will be following my rules according to what has been stated!
